Ingredients and allergens

Our biscuits are made fresh in an inspected kitchen in Conwy with a level 5 health certificate. Allergens are shown in bold.

Vanilla biscuit: wheat flour, sugar, corn flour, egg, salt, butter (contains milk), vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Small amount of natural food colours (may contain E120, E161b and E153).

Chocolate biscuit: wheat flour, sugar, corn flour, egg, salt, butter (contains milk), cocoa powder, vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Small amount of natural food colours (may contain E120, E161b and E153).

Gingerbread biscuit: wheat flour, butter (contains milk), dark brown sugar, treacle, egg, ground spices (cloves, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg), salt, baking soda, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Tiny amount of food colouring (glycerol, may contain E160, E122, E120). Please note treacle contains sulphites.

Vanilla gluten free biscuit: wheat free flour, sugar, corn flour, egg, salt, butter (contains milk), vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Small amount of natural food colours (may contain E120, E161b and E153).

Vegan chocolate gluten free: wheat free flour, plant based butter, caster sugar, corn flour, flaxseed, salt, cocoa powder, royal icing (made with aquafaba chick pea water and powdered sugar), tiny amount of food colouring, sugar sprinkles (may contain glycerol, E160, E122, E120).

We use dedicated rolling pins, trays and tools for our gluten free biscuits and make gluten free dough on a dedicated day before other wheat products are made. However, we are not a gluten free facility and do our best to ensure minimal cross contamination.

We do not use nuts in any of our biscuit products. However, our biscuits are made in an area where nuts are sometimes used for other products.

Made to order

Every order is baked and iced after you place it. Please allow up to 1 week for us to bake, decorate and send your biscuits to you in the post. If you need them in a hurry, message or call with your order number and we will rush the order for you.

Christmas cracker biscuits (with a joke and a paper crown!)
Our edible christmas crackers are perfect for place settings for your christmas gathering, to give to team members / colleagues and fun to pop inside gift bags.

Each hand decorated biscuit has a festive joke printed discretely inside the packet, and there’s a classic paper crown inside each one too!  And we’ve added a tag for you to write a guest name for each place setting. There’s no toy inside, but you can eat the cracker instead (and who needs those silly plastic toys anyhow!) Available in gingerbread or vanilla shortbread.

There are 24 different jokes so if you have a large gathering at your table, we will make sure you don’t get any duplicate jokes. Your family will love them, and they are also fun treats to give to your office/work friends. Gluten Free and Vegan also available upon request, please email with your request.
