Our popular biscuits are made fresh in an inspected kitchen in Conwy with a level 5 health certificate. Our biscuits are prepared with the following ingredients.

VANILLA BISCUIT:
Wheat Flour, sugar, corn flour, egg, salt, butter (contains milk), vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Small amount of natural food colours (may contain E120, E161b and E153).

CHOCOLATE BISCUIT:
Wheat Flour, sugar, corn flour, egg, salt, butter (contains milk), cocoa powder, vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Small amount of natural food colours (may contain E120, E161b and E153).

GINGERBREAD BISCUIT:
Wheat flour, butter (contains milk), dark brown sugar, treacle, egg, ground spices (cloves, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg) salt, baking soda, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Tiny amount of food colouring (glycerol, may contain E160, E122, E120). Please note treacle contains sulphites.

VANILLA GLUTEN FREE BISCUIT:
Wheat FREE Flour, sugar, corn flour, egg, salt, butter (contains milk), vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder, royal icing (dried egg white, E341, citric acid). Small amount of natural food colours (may contain E120, E161b and E153).

VEGAN CHOCOLATE GLUTEN FREE:
Wheat FREE flour, plant based butter, caster sugar, corn flour, flaxseed, salt, cocoa powder, royal icing (made with aquafaba chick pea water and powdered sugar) tiny amount of food colouring , sugar sprinkles (may contain glycerol, E160, E122, E120).

Please note that we use dedicated rolling pins, trays and tools for our gluten free biscuits and we take care to make our gluten free dough on a dedicated day before other wheat products are made. However, we are not a gluten free facility and do our best to ensure minimal cross contamination.
Allergens are shown in bold. We do not use nuts in any of our biscuit products. However, our biscuits are made in an area where nuts are sometimes used for other products.

please allow up to 1 week for us to bake, decorate and send your biscuits to you in the post. If you require your biscuits in a hurry, please message or call with your order number and we will rush the order for you.
