The popular gingerbread biscuits are detailed works of edible art, designed by business owner, Caroline Somary to reflect and promote the landmarks, seasonal blooms and local events of the beautiful region of North Wales, and surrounding Snowdonia National Park.
Sweet Snowdonia’s biscuit range includes unique, creative designs which are delicately iced using minimal icing and food colours. All the biscuits are suitable for vegetarians and can be made as gluten free upon request.
